| Shelley Muller President of the Board Shelley Muller is a licensed court reporter for both the California Superior Court and the United States District Court. Ute Turner Vice-President Ute Turner is Vice-President /Business Services Officer for the Woodland and Sacramento offices of First Northern Bank. Cass Sylvia Secretary Cass Sylvia is currently serving her second term as Yolo County's elected Public Gaurdian-Administrator in which she leads a team of professionals who administer the affairs of clients on the public conservatorship. Dirk Brazil Interim Treasurer Dirk Brazil is Deputy County Administrator for the County of Yolo. Dirk has extensive experience in the Legislature and Executive branches of state government. Tom Richardson Tom Richardson is a district manager for PG&E overseeing a $68 million maintenance and construction budget. Positions on the Board are open and available.
